2. Information We Collect

• Account information: Email address and password (hashed) when you register.
• Images you upload: Images are processed and temporarily stored for up to 3 days, then permanently deleted.
• Usage data: Which tools you use and when, to track your daily free quota.
• Payment information: Handled directly by our payment processors (Stripe, NowPayments). We do not store card numbers or sensitive payment data.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information for security and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve our image processing services.
• To manage your account and subscription.
• To enforce our daily usage limits and prevent abuse.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, receipts).
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Image Data

Images you upload are processed using third-party AI APIs (Replicate). Processed images are stored temporarily with encrypted links and automatically deleted after 3 days. We do not sell or share your images with third parties for any purpose other than processing.

5. Third-Party Services

• Supabase Database and authentication (EU/US data centers).
• Replicate AI model inference for image processing.
• Stripe Card payment processing.
• NowPayments Cryptocurrency payment processing.

Each provider has their own privacy policy and data handling practices.

6. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active, deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
• Uploaded images: Deleted automatically after 3 days.
• Payment records: Retained for 7 years for legal and tax compliance.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@bigimg.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and security. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

BigImg is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
